What you are buying
Agent Preflight, Solo Desk, and Verifier Desk are digital downloads: documents and templates. They are not software you install. Trades Lead CRM is a separate web tool.
Use
Personal and single business use. No earnings claims. The kits are documents and templates only.
Delivery
After Stripe checkout you land on a download page. That page is how you receive the files.
Payments
Stripe processes payments. We do not store card data.
Refunds
Agent Preflight: 30 day refund, no questions.
Verifier Desk: 30 day refund, no questions.
Solo Desk: refund within 7 days if the files are not as described.
Email wnash@mail.grokbot.com with your receipt to request a refund.
