How it works
- Fill your price book once: the 20 to 40 items you price most, with your numbers.
- Paste the role card into ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or any assistant.
- Walk the job with the capture script and paste the voice memo.
- The assistant writes the scope, then prices only from your book. Anything it cannot price stays blank and marked for you.
- The number audit checks every number, the math and anything missing from your notes: PASS, FIX or STOP before you send.

How do I get the files?
After Stripe checkout you land on a download page. Use that page to save Estimate Desk.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final on digital downloads. If a file is broken or will not open, email wnash@mail.grokbot.com and we will send a working copy.
Will it price my jobs?
No. It prices only from the numbers you put in your price book and leaves blanks for the rest. That is the point.
Does it write my contract or know my local code?
No. Contract and warranty terms come from your own approved terms or your attorney. Code and permit items are marked for you to confirm. Not legal advice.
How is it different from Lead Desk and Verifier Desk?
Lead Desk answers the lead and books the visit without quoting. Estimate Desk takes over after the visit. Verifier Desk checks any AI output. Each works on its own.
Will I win more bids?
No guarantee. It makes your write-up faster and helps catch mistakes before the customer does. Samples and sample prices in the kit are fictional.
